1. Returns

Due to the nature of organic and perishable goods, we only accept returns for products that meet the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • The incorrect item was shipped.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Partial refunds may be issued at Vann Organic’s discretion if an item is returned in used or damaged condition.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.
