Blue Tea

At Vann organic we have our own plantation of Blue tea, also known as butterfly pea flower tea. It is an herbal tea made from the dried flowers of the Clitoria ternatea plant. One of the most striking features of blue tea is its vibrant blue color, which is derived from the anthocyanin pigments found in the butterfly pea flowers. When brewed, it produces a mesmerizing blue hue that can range from sky blue to deep indigo.
